Jewelite PRO 1" PSA Trim Cap by Vidon, is plastic trim material in use in the sign-making industry that has 3M VHB tape pre-applied to each roll for ease and speed in Channel Letter manufacturing. Immediately bond and seal trim cap to polycarbonate or acrylic letters.

Jewelite trim cap has been the industry standard for channel letter manufacturing, and has been proudly manufactured in Lapeer, MI for the past 35 years.
It is manufactured from Cellulose Acetate Butyrate Plastic resin and aluminum foil, sold by the box. There are six 1"x150' rolls per box. It is available in 3 different sizes and up to 22 standard colors. Custom colors can be made upon request.

Because of the 3M VHB strip, this trim cap has a shelf life to maintain its tack (stickiness) and must be installed onto a sign face within 1 year of the manufacturing date printed on each roll.
