X-Edge Viper Single Flute Series
Highly polished tool designed specifically for achieving the best possible edge finish on aluminum while maintaining a high feed rate.
The Viper Single Flute series is designed for use on all grades of aluminum, ACM, wood, and many other materials. This single fluted version excels in 3003 aluminum or when cutting thin sheets as to reduce part lift.
NOTE:Use 2 fluted Vipers for 50-51 & 60-62 or harder aluminum.
For best results, use with Liquid-X Misting Fluid and use edge finish pass of .01" on aluminum.
