Highly polished tool designed specifically for achieving the best possible edge finish on aluminum while maintaining a high feed rate.
The Viper Single Flute series is designed for use on all grades of aluminum, ACM, wood, and many other materials. Thissingle fluted version excels in 3003 aluminum or when cutting thin sheets as to reduce part lift.
NOTE:Use 2 fluted Vipersfor 50-51 & 60-62 or harder aluminum.
For best results, use with Liquid-X"„¢ Misting Fluid anduse edge finish pass of .01" on aluminum.
