BD4010GR Medium-Set Adhesive is the upgraded modern alternative to legacy structural adhesives. BD4010GR is a two-part methacrylate rubber-reinforced acrylic adhesive designed for the structural bonding of various substrates, including fiberglass, steel, aluminum, and thermoplastics. Designed for flexibility to handle expansion in large components, it also contains Glass Beads giving superior control for ideal bead thickness between bonded parts.
Suggested uses:
- Channel Letter assembly
- Reverse channel letter seam sealing to replace spot welding
- Panel-to-frame bonding for large pylon and monument signs
- Larger metal structures

Combined at a ratio of 10:1, BD4010GR has a quick working time of 8 to 12 minutes and a fixture of time of 20 to 30 minutes (70% of its ultimate strength) at room temperature curing. BD4010GR provides high bond strength and excellent toughness and durability, and has a temperature resistance of up to 200C for 30 minutes.
