BD4003GR Super-Fast-Set Adhesive is the upgraded modern alternative to legacy structural adhesives. BD4003GR is a two-part methacrylate structural bonding adhesive designed for the structural bonding of various substrates, including fiberglass, steel, aluminum, and various plastics (not low energy surfaces). Contains Glass Beads for superior control of bead thickness between bonded parts.
Suggested uses:
- Bonding assembly clips and end caps
- Extrusion corner key installation
- Replacing stud welding
- Sealing light leaks, holes and spaces

Combined at a ratio of 10:1, BD4003GR has a short working time of 2 to 4 minutes and a fixture of time of 10 to 12 minutes at room temperature curing. BD4003GR provides excellent adhesion and high impact strength on the above reference surfaces with generally no preparation effort. BD4003GR is a great choice for quick assemblies. BD4003GR has high temperature resistance and can withstand baking/powder coating temperatures up to 180C for 60 minutes.
